ALTA/ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY: This type of survey is our specialty. Primarily used on commercial properties, it also can be used on any type of property where someone has a vested interest. Lenders and Title Companies require these to identify and address specific issues in their due diligence process. Because we work very well with lenders and their counsels, title companies, and the owners, the whole process moves quicker to keep the project on schedule.
